BIOGRAPHY
Born and bred in Jakarta, Albert fell in love with photography early on in his life and completed his first photography course at the Nikon School of Photography in Jakarta at the tender age of 16. He took this basic knowledge and went on to further develop his skill sets on his own, mainly through the various different people and experiences he encountered. This includes a period in 2007 where he spent some time working and learning with Anton Ismael, a well-respected Indonesian photographer. He graduated from Pelita Harapan University with a degree in Visual Communication Design, providing him with additional insights during the creation process of his works. All the above are then combined and interlaced to form the foundation of his photographs, which are spontaneous in nature while constantly preserving the rawness of the image.
